"I spent some time at Familia Moja in August/September of 2010. The experience truly opened my eyes, my heart and my mind... To be welcome so warmly by the children, Wambui and the Muiru family was very comforting. I arrived with a smile on my face and left with an even bigger one. Part of my heart is still with Familia Moja and I will no doubt be returning some time in the future. I urge any interested in a volunteering experience to visit Familia Moja :)"
